How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Tripletopics Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • What it was like to phone or contact Tripletopics Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Tripletopics Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tripletopics.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
